Examination results
Our students in the Class of 2024 have received their IB Diploma results. There are some excellent scores. The average score for Diploma students is 34.7. 77% of our IB Diploma students exceeded the world average of 30.3, with 50% achieving 35 points or more and 13% achieving 40+.
The dedication, hard work, and resilience of our students have led to some remarkable achievements. Each one of them has shown incredible commitment and passion for learning, and we could not be prouder of their success. Their results are a testament to their perseverance and determination. I also want to thank the staff for their hard work.
We are also pleased to see many university offers being met, for example, in the UK: Bath, City, Edinburgh, King’s College London, Loughborough, Manchester, Oxford, Royal Holloway, St. Andrew’s, UCL, Warwick, and elsewhere around the world: Amsterdam, Delft, Maastricht, New York. For universities in Portugal and other countries, we must wait until results have been published for students in the country before places are offered. We will be able to give more information in September.
We have also received the Portuguese National Exam Results for 9º Ano, and these, too, are very good. 53% of the students achieved +90% in their Mathematics. (included below)
