Learning to play an instrument at School supports a child’s growth in so many ways, not just in physical skill. It enhances creativity, confidence, coordination, organisation, and cognitive abilities, with growing evidence linking these to increased intelligence and learning capacity. It is also, quite simply, fun and fulfilling.
At St. Julian’s, tuition is available for a wide choice of instruments from Year 2 / 1º ano to Year 13. Strings, brass, woodwind, percussion, voice and all forms of guitar are all catered for with a mix of one-to-one tuition and group classes.
