The range of clubs and societies includes sports, music, drama, the arts, languages, scientific, technological and leadership programmes. They support personal growth, creativity, teamwork, leadership and help friendships grow and flourish.

Naturally, there are some differences between older and younger children, but our core values are shared by all. Every gathering is truly inclusive, building a strong sense of belonging to a community that extends beyond year groups. Some are initiated and run by students themselves.

Students finding their voice

Many clubs encourage leadership and individual agency regarding global issues. Students can initiate, organise events and have a voice in shaping their club’s activities. For example, in our Model United Nations (MUN) club, students develop skills in public speaking and negotiation, representing the School at national and international conferences.

Taking action

Societies such as Eco-School and the Community Service (CAS) group empower students to respond to vital environmental and social issues. By seeing the impact their service makes, it encourages a sense of agency, responsibility and tangible global citizenship.

Please consult the brochure below for the 2025/26 programme of activities (Wider Life Programme).
