Over the years, students have accepted places from top universities in the UK including: Bath, City, Cambridge, Edinburgh, King’s College London, Loughborough, Manchester, Oxford, Royal Holloway, St. Andrews, UCL and Warwick. USA university offers include MIT, UCLA and NYU. Other international offers include Amsterdam, Bocconi, Delft, IE and Maastricht, to name a few. And closer to home, Católica and Nova SBE in Portugal.

Lighting up pathways for the future

To help students prepare and think ahead, we provide comprehensive personalised guidance for higher education and career pathways. Our Student Futures Team includes university advisors for the UK, Europe, USA & Canada and a specialist Portuguese university advisor. A structured programme includes events, presentations, workshops and individual meetings. Students can explore different industries and develop relevant skills. In Key Stage 4, we provide Academic Internship Placements and Morrisby profiling. And there is excellent support for university application guidance throughout Key Stage 5 for both students and their parents.

The Student Futures Programme starts early and includes:

Years 9 and 11: Structured options programmes when selecting IGCSE and IB Diploma subjects.
Year 10: Academic Internships for three days, including CV writing and personal presentation workshops.
Year 11: Morrisby profiling and guidance and support for IB subject options.
Year 12 onwards: Students and parents receive personalised support a range of Higher Education Workshops prepare students for university applications to a wide variety of countries and courses.

Portuguese University Applications

A dedicated Coordinator supports Year 13 students with documentation, university visits and fairs. Year 11 advisory support is given for IB subject selection so that it is aligned with with Portuguese entry examinations and regulations. We coordinate with Portuguese universities to ensure IB Diploma recognition.
