To give our students as many opportunities as possible to experiment with different art forms. To help students understand how the arts function in the wider context of the curriculum and the importance of the arts as cultural signifiers in society

To promote a questioning attitude to how the arts work and engender a sense of courage and commitment to the creation of art. To foster students with a love of the arts, to encourage the development of a skill base and to provide a nurturing environment where the student can develop their own aesthetic through exposure to a wide range of artistry.
